Is the card really free forever?
Yes. The digital business card, the loyalty card and the scanners are free, with no time limit and no credit card. Novoria also offers paid plans if you want to go further, nothing obliges you to take them.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan a QR code with their phone camera, then add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Without a Wallet, the card opens in the browser.
What is a scanner?
Someone on your team you allow to validate your customers' visits. They only see the validation screen and the history of their own scans. You decide whether they can send notifications, and you can change your mind at any time.
How do I validate a visit?
The scanner points their phone camera at the customer's card. Novoria opens and shows the card: one tap to validate. The same visit can never be counted twice.
Can I print my business card?
Yes. Download a print-ready PDF in your country's format: 3.5 × 2 inches in the United States and Canada, 85 × 55 mm in Europe, 90 × 55 mm in Australia. The printed QR code stays valid even if you edit your card.
Does it work in my country?
Yes, on iPhone and Android, worldwide. Phone numbers, addresses and print formats adapt to your country, and buttons show up in each customer's language.
What does Novoria do with my customers' data?
Nothing but run your cards. It is never sold, rented, or used for Novoria's advertising. You remain the controller of this data, Novoria acts as a processor under the GDPR.
Will Novoria contact my customers?
Never. No calls, no emails, no texts from us. Your customers only receive what relates to their card, and the messages you decide to send them.
Where is the data hosted?
In Europe: servers in Germany and a database in the European Union. Connections are encrypted and data is isolated per account.
